- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of PRYN PARFUM, you may return the product to us for a refund or exchange under these following conditions within 30 days after receiving your order.
- All perfumes (Eau de Parfum Intense and Eau de Intérieur) must be unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
- All candles (Lux Parfumée Bougie and Bougie de Massage de Luxe) must be unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
- Himalayan Scented Crystal must be returned unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
